Elmarco Talks webinar series | Nanospider: Techniques for Peak Performance

The webinar introduces Elmarco’s new electrospinning workshop, Nanospider: Techniques for Peak Performance, designed for Nanospider® technology users and nanofiber industry professionals seeking to optimize production and scale up their processes.
The workshop offers a combination of theoretical education and hands‑on experience with the NS3S500U pilot‑scale machine, focusing on key aspects such as polymer solution optimization, spinning parameter adjustments, and defect elimination. The webinar will cover all aspects of the workshop, including its customization options and possible scenarios. Take the first step toward gaining valuable insights into improving electrospinning efficiency, overcoming industrial challenges, and expanding your application possibilities.
About the speakers
Kateřina Rubáčková has been with Elmarco for 16 years, starting her journey as a Research Engineer. In this role, she worked on developing solution recipes and process optimizations for nanofiber production, exploring various application areas for nanofibrous products.
Later, she joined the Customer Support team, where she leveraged her development skills and machine expertise to provide training on operating LAB-scale machines. Kateřina played a vital role in supporting customers globally with their development needs, promoting the electrospinning method, offering service advice for machine troubleshooting, and participating in installation and training programs.
Over time, Kateřina also expanded her contributions to the Sales Team, where she now focuses on the sales of pilot-scale machines and partially on industrial-scale technology. She leads customized research projects and sampling initiatives for small-volume, large-scale nanofiber production.
Jiří Maškarinec is a nanotechnology engineer from the Technical University of Liberec (TUL) who has been working for Elmarco for four years as a member of the Research and Development department. His work focuses on developing spinning solutions, optimizing the production process of nanofiber materials, and improving and advancing machinery. A significant part of his responsibilities includes overseeing the Nanospider NS Lab product and the new NS 3S500U system.
